How do I register?
These events is by invitation-only, but the conference days will be livestreamed.
How will I gain entry to the event?
If you have received and invitation and registered for any of the events you will receive a confirmation email with a barcode. When you arrive at the venue on the day, this barcode will be scanned, providing you entry to the event.
Why can't I find any emails related to the event?
You may have accidentally unsubscribed. Please contact the FT Live Customer Services Team via email at ftlive@ft.com or by calling +44 (0) 207 775 6653.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you can no longer attend the conference, please contact Rohin Sian from our Delegate Services team as soon as possible via email at rohin.sian@ft.com. To find out more about cancellations visit our FT Live Terms and Conditions page.
Can I transfer my pass?
The invitations are non-transferable.
How do I get to the venue?
The address of the each venue can be found on the individual sites, along with transport options and directions.
Is the venue accessible?
We select our venues to ensure that all our events are as accessible as possible for our guests. If you have any specific accessibility requirements you will have the opportunity to indicate this when filling out the event registration form.
Will food and drink be provided at the event?
Yes, for each event there will be a VIP dinner the night before the conference followed by a VIP lunch afterwards.
I have dietary requirements, what should I do?
If you have any specific dietary requirements you will have the opportunity to state them when registering for the event.
